Easy Returns & Exchanges

We are constantly making changes with merchandise and pricing, so please keep checking for sales and NEW items. In order to make the order process work with ease and to ensure prompt and secure delivery we use UPS and USPS to deliver everywhere. Here are some shipping guidelines: 

1. UPS is set as the default shipping carrier. You can choose USPS as a shipping alternative by changing the drop down shipping option menu and select "Other Carriers". There you will find USPS shipping options.

2. UPS will NOT deliver to a PO Box. If you choose UPS as your shipping method, please provide a physical address only. If a PO Box is provided, we will automatically ship your package using USPS Priority.

3. Make sure to supply CORRECT and ENTIRE address. Items returned with incomplete or incorrect address will incur additional shipping and handling. 

4. International shipping is available, but may incur additional shipping and handling. 

5. Orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days but please allow for 2 weeks for delivery. 

6. To order status, check order confirmation email for link to status information.
